BOCCIM hosts golf day

The Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) will be hosting one of its popular annual events, the BOCCIM Business Golf Day. The event allows Botswana premier business, both large & small from all sectors of the economy to showcase their products & pitch their businesses for effective marketing. Participating companies will take part in a golf tournament, ending the day with a prize giving gala dinner which will be attended among others; senior Government officials, High Commissioners, captains of the industry and golfers.

The main purpose of BOCCIM’s Golf event is to bring together Botswana businesses and others from neighboring countries for marketing & networking while enjoying the game of golf. Key private sector players participate by sponsoring a hole. The format is a 4 ball alliance with four players in a team, which represents the company. The BOCCIM golf day is scheduled for Friday 17 August 2012, at Phakalane Golf Club.

The entertaining prize giving dinner creates an ambiance for the public & private sector to interact in a prospective environment. It also provides an opportunity for the business community to meet with their current and potential customers, suppliers and financiers.
