Disclosing one’s HIV status to their loved ones can be quiet a daunting exercise. One such person, who still hasn’t mastered up the courage to do so, is 29 year old Masego. She was diagnosed with HIV in 2014.

Masego is one of the estimated 380 thousand people in Botswana living with HIV.

Last week the Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) pounced on Moyo Guma on allegations of tax evasion among others.

Court of Appeal judges have slammed the Botswana Communication and Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) management for failure to control and regulate MultiChoice Botswana to conduct a conducive environment for Batswana.

The court appeal then ruled in favour of MultiChoice Botswana and ordered BOCRA to pay the cost of the lawsuit.

Court of Appeal judge, Monametsi Gaongalelwe, was on Friday absolved from being subjected to criminal investigations stemming from accusations of ’theft’ and fraudulent acts.

The charges and the impending investigations were pronounced by High Court Judge Michael Mothobi relating to Gaongalelwe’s controversial housing allowances.
