Botswana Khweedom Council (BKC) a local Non-Governmental Organization which represents the interest of Basarwa has accused the past Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) regime of being cruel and oppressive. The BDP which has been in power for almost six decades lost power to the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) during this year’s general election.
