Once a beacon of stable governance on the African continent, the report shows that Botswana is missing from the list of top five governed countries on the continent.
The report, titled “Governance in Sub-Saharan Africa in the 21st Century Four Trends and an Uncertain Outlook“, poses the question: “How have African countries performed from a governance perspective in the past decade?”
