Botswana’s unequal resource distribution  may foster “instability” – Saleshando

Maun West Member of Parliament (MP) and the head of the Botswana Congress Party (BCP), Dumelang Saleshando, says the appalling carnage happening in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique is not a far-fetched idea in Botswana if the government continues to ignore unjust resource allocation.

Saleshando gave a subdued warning that the government’s inability to confront the “resource curse” manifesting in cities like Maun “could be a recipe for instability”.
