A wave of forlorn resignation washed over the Court of Appeal courtroom as Justice Singh Walia declared: “Count 1 eighteen months’ imprisonment, count two five years’ imprisonment and count three seven years’ imprisonment. The sentences aforesaid shall run concurrently to one another and shall be reckoned from the date of this judgement.”
