DCEC helpless as suspected mastermind in BPOPF P500 million scandal commits suicide

The Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC) on Friday found itself in a tight corner following reports that the alleged mastermind in the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (BPOPF)’s P500 million scandal Tim Marsland had allegedly committed suicide in South Africa.
