eBotswana shares the journey with you on ‘The Mile’

Most young people grow up with dreams and goals that they do not live to see happening in their lives due to the stumbling block of not knowing where, how, or what to do and who to contact in their desired profession.

eBotswana airs a new local show called The Mile, which aims at uplifting and motivating the youth by giving them direction in their chosen career paths.

“The show aims at creating a platform where people get an opportunity to explore their dreams or passions and gives them a head start into the industries they want to join,” said the show’s Producer, Mphoentle Gaonosi.

Hosted by a diverse young man, Tebogo Mokoto, who is a model and has a passion for TV and Radio presenting, The Mile is set to mentor youth in their talents and dreams. It also drives towards Botswana’s vision 2016 of an educated and informed nation.

“We have always been enthusiastic to empower young people with tools of survival as they partake in the development and direction of this country,” said eBotswana’s Head of Local Production, Tlotlo Raymond Kgakatsi.

He said that The Mile will take young people and help them achieve their dreams and show that dreams do come true with eBotswana.

The Mile airs every Sunday evening at 6:30pm.
