The Government and Chinese contractor Zhengtai are expected to engage in a bitter legal battle over the construction of the Botswana Innovation Hub ((BIH)’s P853 million Science and Technology Park.
In her latest report, the then acting Auditor General, Keneilwe Senyarelo sets the tone for the legal battle as she indicated that “BDIH continued to engage with legal experts to pursue the reimbursement of the remedial costs from the service providers who were considered to be potentially at fault for these cracks and defects.”
