Judge Makhwe reports Bank Gaborone to BoB…demands public apology

Justice Boipuso Makhwe has taken the fight to Bank Gaborone, demanding both a public apology and retraction over alleged defamatory statements made in a report “commissioned” by the Bank.

According to a letter of demand sent by Justice Makhwe’s lawyers, it came to light that a report, purportedly commissioned by the bank, insinuated that Justice Makhwe did not author her own judgments but rather had them penned by another judge, Zein Kebonang.
