When President Mokgweetsi Masisi stood behind the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) green marble podium last week and orated in front of the world – he could be forgiven for feeling like he owned the stage.

Masisi has addressed the world from this dais more often than any current head of state, except for Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu.
