Francistown High Court Judge Bashi Moesi has issued default judgement against the Ministry of Health(MoH) to pay a married couple, Boiketlo and Joyce Dinkeme P2.8 million as compensation for damages. The couple had taken the Ministry of Health to court accusing Nyangabwe Referral Hospital (NRH) of medical negligence.
Boiketlo and Joyce Dinkeme are cited as First and Second Plaintiffs respectively while the Ministry Attorney General(AG) representing the Ministry of Health is the Defendant.
