Personal freedom in Botswana was highest under Masisi

As his legacy is being shred to pieces after overseeing the worst electoral showing by the Botswana Democratic Party, former president Mokgweetsi Masisi should at least take solace in knowing that he scored the historically highest score on personal freedom in the Human Freedom Index. However, the other downside is that the same report denies the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in Gaza and awards the culprit (Israel) a high score on personal freedom. The latter dents the report’s credibility.
