The suspended Air Botswana General Manager, Lulu Rasebotsa, has filed and urgent application against the Ministry of Transport, to interdict disciplinary proceedings against her. She alleges the charges against her were constructed through a flawed and biased process.
The application, names the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure and the Attorney General as respondents and seeks to have a 21-count maladministration disciplinary charge sheet and the underlying board recommendations declared unlawful and procedurally improper.
