Why Did King Charles III Choose Kenya as his First Stop?

The latest and only trip to Africa by King Charles III has been Kenya. This is the first trip of the king and Queen Console Camila. The trip was very flamboyant and colourful in every way. The Africans had extended the best of their hospitality to Britain’s royals. 

There are so many Commonwealth countries in the continent and the trip should have included at the least three more states. But the trip only took the English royals to this one particular country. Certainly, they have interests to protect.
