A time to bite the bullet 

We find ourselves in a complicated financial situation. The other day, I watched the president address his top bureaucrats, encouraging them, if you will, to devise solutions to the current economic problems. The financial headwinds we are facing are concerning. As I am not part of the bureaucracy, I would also like to contribute my two cents, however valuable they may be, so that we can work collectively to extricate ourselves from this challenging position.
