Botswana Life donates vehicle to Botswana Civil Service Pensioners’ Association

Botswana Life Insurance Limited has donated a vehicle to the Botswana Civil Service Pensioners’ Association (BCSPA). The donation was made, Friday 26th June, at the Botswana Life offices, by the Chief Executive Officer of Botswana Life, Catherine Lesetedi-Letegele and part of her executive team. The donation was received on behalf of the President of the Association, by the Secretary General, Mr Mothusi, Chief Executive Officer, Emeldah Mathe, Finance Director, Mr Selebogo, and other members of the Secretariat.

Handing over the donation, the Head of Corporate Business and Affinity Groups at Botswana Life, Joseph Kuaho, said that the donation was a gesture from Botswana Life in recognition of the good work done by the Pensioners’ Association; and was meant to assist the Association to grow its membership and facilitate other administrative duties.

“As Botswana Life, we would like to see the Association prosper and attract new membership, and our donation today is a small token to assist you to run your administrative duties and strengthen the operations of the Associations. We believe that this will help to improve your value proposition and appeal to potential members. Your mandate of assisting government with skills, experience and expertise is a noble one as it benefits our economy.” Mr Kuaho said.

Acknowledging the donation, Bontle Mmokele expressed gratitude on behalf of the association, saying the donation was proof that companies like Botswana Life care about the welfare of pensioners in this country; and the vehicle will enable the Association access to pensioners across the four corners of Botswana.
