Botswana’s sole gold miner faces liquidation

Botswana’s sole gold miner, Mupane mine which is buckling under a debt of close to P50 million faces forced liquidation.

A High Court Application for the provisional winding up of the miner was filed two weeks ago.

Businessmen Anthony Siwawa of Top Mining Services and Rene Aust of Mine Tech have filed an application asking the High Court to issue an order for the provisional winding up of Mupane Mine.
