BPC lobbies for legislative review to stem copper cables theft

In an effort to hold back the growing vandalism and theft of its infrastructure by criminals looking for copper wire cables, Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) is currently lobbying for a review of the legislation regulating scrap metals and copper wire trade.
