Design Surgery excels at advertising and communication awards

He also pointed out that it is a big achievement for a company that has been operating for only the last four years, competing with other market players in the industry who have international affiliations. Nyathi added that there is a lot of talent in Botswana that needs confidence in working across the spectrum.

“This is the reflection of good relationship and trust between us and our clients in the services we provide. We are very thrilled and humbled with the prestigious awards, we accredit this to the support we have from our customers and various stakeholders,” he said.

Nyathi revealed that their company is getting the inspiration from other big local companies, such as Choppies, who started small and managed to penetrate the international market. He said that Design Surgery already enjoys recognition as a company that grows with its community of branding, advertising and communication.

He stated that the achievement has opened opportunities and doors for the company, and that Design Surgery continues to offer growth for the company, within all aspects of advertising and communications.

“Our destiny is to be the pulse of creative communications and marketing excellence locally and globally. Our assignment is simply creative communications for the benefit of our people, consumers and brands,” said Nyathi.

Sekgee revealed that Design Surgery’s passionate and versatile team boasts expertise in all spheres of marketing, public relations and all media related productions regional and global experience in high end marketing dynamics.

“Our work ethics strike chords whatever the design platform. Integrity is at the fore in all our operations,” said Sekgee.

He emphasized that as people’s agency, they do not take advantage of a client’s lack of knowledge by overcharging and added that they are professional enough to respect the time frame a client have set. He gave an example of one of their client, Nando’s franchise, that they have been doing their branding and also thanked the company for the opportunity.

“Creativity in advertising is crucial as well as competitiveness and we aim at producing brands that talk,” said Sekgee.

He stated that quality is the key thing and added that the industry is small locally. He pointed out that when doing business with Design Surgery, they listen to the client and take good care of all clients’ creative and marketing needs.

“Our industry needs specialization and for sometime the industry has not been given the credibility it deserves.
