Gaolathe says state of public finances undesirable

Finanace Minister Ndaba Gaolathe has said the state of public finances is in an undesirable position, reflecting a system in disarray. However, he said, he remains optimistic about the future, expressing hope that the country is on the verge of transformative progress. The Minister was addressing Parliament on the state of public finances this week.
