A whistle-blower report has exposed the hidden economics of America’s donations of C-130 aircraft to Botswana Defence Force (BDF) and how Botswana may have fallen into a multi-billion Pula financial trap.

The reports, which has been presented to the Public Accounts Committee on Defence and Finance revealed how the C-130 aircraft transferred to Botswana are a lifecycle commitment rather than a donation.
