The Master of the High Court has endorsed a decision by attorney Lesedi Moahi to sue the Minister of Immigration Anna Mokgethi on behalf of the Estate of the late Abdul Joseph.
In a report which forms part of the court papers, signed by Senior Assistant Master, Batho Kgerethwa, the report states in part; “The Master has no objection to the action instituted and will abide by the decision of the court.”
According to papers before the High Court, Moahi’s attorneys the Jones Moitshepi Firm, said until sometime around 2021, Motlhagodi was the Executrix of the Estate of Joseph.
