Is the deep seaport in Mozambique that Masisi has co-signed even bankable?

President Mokgweetsi Masisi is a man on a mission.

He is also a man in a hurry.

In every sense his attitude is that of a man who is aware that he does not have a lot of time in his hands. This applies to the way he conducts his personal business. But also to the way he manages state business.

At a personal level he is amassing a lot of wealth. He does this through buying lots of land, lots of cattle and creating lots of companies. At state level he is travelling the world almost on a weekly basis. He wants  to make up for the time lost when his predecessor was not travelling.
