Botswana’s judicial officers are on edge following a recent robbery in which a former prosecutor was attacked by a man she had previously convicted, Sunday Standard has learnt. The incident has reportedly sparked serious concerns about the safety and security of legal professionals and judicial officers in the country.
Court records show that Enerst Mpofu, already known to the courts for past housebreaking offenses, allegedly broke into the home of a Francistown based prosecutor, Mpho Molebatsi.
