Kebonang hits back, accuses Collins and Chilisa of fabrication and malice

The legal spectacle that has pitted top auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and its senior partner Binedell Rudi against retail tycoons Ottapathu Ramachandran and Ismail Farouk has taken yet another turn, with High Court Judge Zein Kebonang (the 3rd respondent in the latest application) delivering a scathing answering affidavit.

Kebonang vehemently denies the allegations leveled against him by Peter Collins and Mboki Chilisa, accusing them of concocting falsehoods to tarnish his reputation.
