Letshego raises P327m through fresh note issuance

Letshego Africa Holdings has raised a further P327.2 million through the issuance of debt securities under its amended and restated P3.5 billion Medium Term Note Programme, adding to the Botswana-based financial services group’s funding base.

The new notes, announced on 17 September, comprise 14 Botswana pula-denominated instruments with a combined nominal value of P327.2 million, alongside a USD400,000 note. All the instruments are senior unsecured and carry fixed interest rates.
