President Mokgweetsi Masisi has congratulated Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa on his “electoral victory”.
This comes amid a probe by the Southern African Development Community (SADC) into the disputed 23 August 2023 harmonized elections in Zimbabwe.
A panel of elders led by a former Botswana Minister Charles Tibone is due to submit its findings on the SADC Elections Observer Mission (SEOM) preliminary report on Zimbabwe elections this week.
