No need for a new Digital Services Agency. Do more with less! 

It is an open secret that we are in a financial hole. As ordinary people removed from the esteemed halls of government offices, we do not know how deep the hole is, of course. Under normal circumstances, you would expect those responsible for managing the national purse to exercise financial prudence, but things are somewhat disappointing at the moment. Unfortunately, that shift has not occurred. And because of the delay, we now face as an example a vast public sector wage bill that is out of sync with revenue.
