The Obertfitness guys have brought into Botswana boot camp training, a training programme that has fantastic results attached to it.
The fitness training is run by two specialists, Obert Morgan and Timon Moyo. The two instructors are qualified in all and hold nationally accredited personal training certifications and have 15 years of experience.
In an interview with Sunday Standard, the Directors of Obertfitness, Morgan and Moyo, said, “Boot Camp Fitness and Training is a comprehensive fitness program for men and women designed to make the biggest change in clients in the smallest amount of time.”
Obertfitness has devoted itself to individuals who want to change their lifestyle, particularly people who have tried any form of dieting or training that is not working out.
Their programme runs for a period of eight weeks, offering fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help participants reach their fitness goals. Each session is 90mins long.
Boot camp training is by and large related to military training. However, Obertfitness has commercialized this fitness training to accommodate everyone at different fitness levels.
“Obertfitness covers all key areas of fitness, including cardio, strength, endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility,” noted Morgan.
They also provide nutritional counseling so that one can safely and effectively lose weight, build muscle, and feel great.
Morgan encouraged all the people who are suffering from Cardio diseases in Botswana to try this form of training as they have programmes that suite their conditions. He said participants of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are gaining great results and better health, fitness, and self confidence.
Moyo highlighted that Obertfitness is looking forward to taking up an executive boot camp fitness training for the executives this summer, beginning of October.
“We have made this arrangement to accord the Country Executives the opportunity to exercise without interference from the public.”
Also, they have extended this form of training to children with the programme starting on 11th August 2010. Moyo noted that we have come up with this initiative upon realizing that the problem of obesity is trickling from adults to children.
Morgan revealed that Obertfitness has a fitness video in the market, which consists of three sections for the cardio vascular, resistance training using weights and the abdominal section.
He said that their programme is open to everyone despite one being a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or are just tired of the same old routine.
He added that Obert Fitness Boot Camp training is intense, challenging, and fun, and will test your physical strength, endurance, and stamina. “In just eight weeks you will notice increases in your energy, strength and endurance, and decreases in your body fat and Increase your endurance,” he said.
