Patients left to die as Govt, doctors engage in dog & cat fight

Scores of patients are caught in the crossfire and fighting for their lives as Botswana’s healthcare system is teetering on the brink of crisis.  

As a fierce standoff between the government and the Botswana Doctors Union (BDU) escalated on Thursday and there are even fears that the deadlock could have deadly consequences.
