Ringo Eugene Jazz Quartet billed for Botswana Craft

South African artist Sindile Ringo Madlingozi is expected to perform at Botswana Craft next week Saturday, alongside Eugene Jackson and the Botswana Jazz Quartet. A gifted vocalist, drummer, percussionist and guitarist, Ringo is also a multi-talented songwriter, producer and arranger of brilliant music. He became an instant hit in Botswana and all over the world a few years ago for his song “Sondela” (come closer).

The Cape Town born Afro-Pop star was in the country recently and addressed a press conference at Botswana Craft. He promised to put up a sizzling perfomance and said he will be playing songs from his first album down to the last. The last time he performed on our soil was in 1997 when he had a show at the Lion Park.

Tickets are sold for 200 pula and fans have been urged to buy them in advance to avoid disappointment because no sales will be made at the gates.
