Stanbic Bank Botswana said it has introduced a new offering within its Personal Banking portfolio aimed at serving the Bank’s Executive customers at all its branches.
The new Executive Banking offering comes as part of the Bank’s anticipation of the growing customer demands primarily amongst established executives.
The bank’s Head of Customer Channels, Lerato Chana Sekgororoane, said they believe that in order to offer our customers true value as part of their banking experience, we need to constantly ensure we focus on relevance, anticipating customer needs even before these come to surface.
“Our Executive customers have a particular lifestyle that demands a certain sense of empowerment, convenience and indeed autonomy. It is against this background that the Executive Banking offering was born.”
Executive Banking customers are Stanbic Bank customers who currently hold Gold Current Accounts. Potential customers within this bracket are also eligible for Executive Banking upon joining.
Key features of the Executive Banking offering include: A dedicated Executive Banker, Bundled Pricing, Gold packages of a cheque book, Visa Credit Card and Debit Card, Preferential interest rates for Savings & Investment accounts and lending and Mobile banking suite: Smart Banking Apps, My Updates (sms and email alerts), Internet banking, Cellphone Banking amongst others.
“The aim of Executive Banking is to ensure that our customers achieve more in life through our Bank. This is why the new package is streamlined with packaged solutions, 24/7/365 access to their bank accounts and some highly negotiated rates on savings and lending amongst others.
