This is the face of Sefalana’s winning culture

Mmapula Pilane wanted to explain the Sefalana Trading workplace culture in concrete words.

The company Head of Human Resources used the analogy of a family to capture the tapestry of social dynamics that make Botswana’s biggest retail supermarket chain tick.

“It’s like your family at home. You are punished for your sins and rewarded for your good deeds, but all these are an act of storge”, she explains.
