Turnstar’s rental revenue surges bolstering operational profit

In a financial stride that underscores its resilience in the property sector, Turnstar Holdings, a prominent local property company, reported a noteworthy surge in rental revenue for the half-year period ended July 31, 2023. The figures show a robust uptick of 8.8 percent when compared to the corresponding half-year period that concluded on July 31, 2022.

During this latest half-year reporting, Turnstar Holdings raked in an impressive P155.2 million in rental revenue, marking a substantial leap from the P142.7 million it amassed during the same period the prior year. This revenue boost, combined with a modest reduction in operational expenses, has yielded a striking 20 percent increase in the group’s operational profit, amounting to a substantial P87.7 million for the half-year period ending on July 31, 2023. This compares favorably to the P73.1 million recorded during the equivalent period in 2022.
