Mainly because I was reflecting our urban governance, transport, and economic planning. Since your proposal, regrettably, there has been minimal substantive progress. Discussions around faster diesel commuter trains between Gaborone and Lobatse continue, yet the transformative intra-city rapid transit network you outlined remains unimplemented, leaving congestion, inefficiencies, and environmental challenges unresolved.
