The Bank has received multiple accolades as a result of the service that we offer. Other milestones include; the launch of advanced digital channels which offer features such as the ability to change POS and transaction limits, electronic payments and bill payments, installation of 9 cash deposit ATMs and our ‘’branch of the future’’ model which is more customer friendly and provides wi-fi, meeting room for customers and a coffee area.”

We look forward to many more years of assisting our clients to make confident decisions with their money and align their financial needs with their goals. We trust that we will continue to succeed and grow with our clients.”

Coetzee ended by stating: “Going forward, Batswana can expect to be inspired and wowed by changes which will ensue as we have exciting products and services lined up for them. We would like to encourage Batswana to engage with us at anytime on our social media platforms, our branches and through our contact centre. Their feedback and suggestions are invaluable to us. We would however like to encourage Batswana to stay safe and continue to follow COVID-19 protocols, by sanitizing, maintaining social distancing and wearing masks as we all celebrate SummerYamaOneFive”
