Content creator and football commentator Molefhi Obenne is suing the Botswana Football Association (BFA) monies amounting to P2.586 million for infringing on his copyrights.
Obenne accuses the association of using and broadcasting a video documentary he produced without seeking his permission. The documentary, which follows the life of the late Sexton Kowa, was used during the latter’s memorial service. In the said video documentary, Obenne interviewed Kowa about his football journey.
