Coaches Association’s Dissatisfaction with Ramoreboli’s Appointment Draws Backlash

The Botswana Coaches Association (BCA) has expressed dissatisfaction with the appointment of Morena Ramoreboli as the senior national team coach. The BCA is accusing the Botswana Football Association (BFA) of failing to follow due process in the hiring of the coach.

Nelson Olebile, chairperson of the BCA, appeared on national television to criticize the BFA for appointing Ramoreboli without adhering to established procedures. Olebile claimed that there was no shortlist of applicants and no interviews conducted for the position.
