Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) and Dans Holdings Contractors (Pty) Ltd have been locked in a three year dispute over construction of Botswana Defense Force (BDF) Camp guard houses and infrastructure in Kazungula.
The contractor accuses BHC of employing delaying tactics to avoid paying, following the latter’s request to have the matter settled outside arbitration.
