Judge Zein Kebonang has dismissed an application by the state to strike out allegations against former president Mokgweetsi Masisi and the Director General of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS), Peter Magosi. The allegations will remain part of the record in a pending wrongful arrest case brought by suspended DIS Deputy Director of Legal Services, Kuda Portia Malikongwa.
