The government says it is considering introducing smaller aircraft and restructuring routes as part of a broader effort to revive the struggling national airline, Air Botswana.
Transport and Infrastructure Minister Noah Salakae said the government is exploring cost-effective options, including the possible introduction of six- or seven-seater aircraft to serve low-demand routes.
