Inside Air Botswana’s sky-high transformation strategy 

The national carrier, Air Botswana, is renowned for two distinct aspects: its renowned biltong, a beloved part of the in-flight snack, and a history marred by frequent flight delays and occasional cancellations. While the former is a matter of taste, the latter has significantly tarnished the airline’s reputation over the years.

Despite numerous strategic interventions, often conducted through trial and error, operational issues persist within the airline. All eyes are now on the current General Manager, Lulu Rasebotsa, and her team to see if they can navigate the airline away from troubled skies.
