The Court of Appeal Judge President Tebogo Tau and Justice Singh Walia have been reported to the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime (DCEC). The senior judges have been reported by a litigant in a case in which Stanbic Bank, Hollard Insurance Botswana and the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) were mired in a law suit that threatened to explode into a corporate scandal involving fraud, gunpoint insurance, falsified documents.
