Former President Ian Khama’s royal uncles have confirmed reports that he is scheduled to be back in Botswana at a date to be announced.
In a notice that was supposed to with coincide the Sir Seretse Khama Day July 1st seen by Sunday Standard, Khama’s royal uncles state that; “We the Royal Uncles to Kgosikgolo of Bagammangwato Lt. General Dr. Seretse Khama Ian Khama, have found the need to make this public announcement as the country commemorates July 1st, being the birthday of the father of our nation Sir Seretse Khama, who is the father of Seretse Khama Ian Khama.”
