Lies, donations mismanagement worsened health crisis – Ombudsman

The handling of donated medicines and non-medical commodities during President Duma Boko’s declaration of  public health emergency not only failed to resolve critical shortages but in some instances worsened the crisis, a report by the Ombudsman suggests. 

The report also suggests that authorities among them  Health Minister Stephen Modise provided information to the public that was inaccurate or misleading.
