More work, fewer holidays  is the way to go 

The beauty of living in an open country such as ours is that you are free to express yourself in any manner in which you can. These rights must never be taken for granted, because many countries in the world can only dream of the free expression that we enjoy in this country. They don’t have such rights in many authoritarian countries, such as China and North Korea, where the state has the right to eavesdrop on your private conversations. This is why China, in particular, does not allow people to use WhatsApp, because they are unable to monitor what people write or say.
