PASSOBO eyes Paris 2024 Paralympics 

Botswana has sent a five athletes’ team to participate at the 11th edition of the World Para Championships as they eye to qualify more athletes for Paris 2024 Paralympics. 

The championships, which started today, 17th May 2024, are hosted at the Kobe University Memorial Stadium in Japan. They are expected to conclude on the 25th of May 2024. 

Team Botswana at the championships is composed of five athletes, four male and one female. Bose Mokgwathi (T13 400m), Edwin Masuge (T13 40m), Ronald Rich (T37 200m and 400m), Bonkamile Bankaetse (T11 400m) make the male team while Gloria Majaga (T13 400) is the only female.
