President Boko has a robust intellect; now he has to prove his wisdom

Going through the profiles of the new UDC government ministers one cannot help but immediately realise that except for Micus Chimbombi who has previously worked as a Permanent Secretary, not many of them have any public service experience at a senior level.

Assistant Minister of Health Lawrence Ookeditse has for a very short stint served at director level – or thereabout.

Unless I am mistaken, none among the ministers has any business executive experience either.

This effectively means that many of them have in their prior lives never supervised a sizeable number of people.
