Through the Budget, the Government tries to do way too much

In keeping with tradition, the Minister of Finance, Peggy Serame, was on the first Monday of February this year, in Parliament to present the nation’s financial year budget. The caveat that one wishes to provide though, is that there is no visible attempt to ensure that while we send the bulk of the money to education,  we reap good returns from such spending in the form of consistently high education standards and results.
